Store Policies

Prints

All prints will come hand signed by the artist (that's me!). If you wish to not have it signed, please leave a note during checkout saying so. 


Pre-Orders

All pre-orders will be available for a limited time. Each pre-order will come with a little extra something to show my appreciation! Details will be given per pre-order event.

Please allow additional time for pre-orders to be printed and shipped. An estimated release date will be provided in the item description.


Purchases

All orders are processed safely through PayPal.

Purchases are non-refundable and exchanges are not possible. By ordering and submitting payment in this store, you agree to these terms.


Packaging

All prints, original art, and blank cover sketches will be shipped out flat, bagged, and in between two sturdy cardboard panels to prevent bending and damage.

Small/fun size prints (5x7) will be shipped out in a cushion/padded mailer envelope. Unless shipping is combined, then it will be shipped along with the larger print(s).

Small stickers will be mailed out in an envelope with additional sturdy cardboard panel to prevent bending and/or damage.

Anything larger than 13" x 19" will be shipped in a mailing tube. Shipping prices will be adjusted accordingly and buyer will need to pay the difference in full prior to shipping.


Shipping

Shipping within US only (Lower 48 states) at this time.

Please be sure that your shipping address is correct prior to confirming your order.

Orders will be processed and shipped out to the address within 2 - 4 weeks or sooner! All domestic orders will be shipped out via USPS or FedEX Shipping with insurance and tracking.


FREE SHIPPING

All orders above $150 is eligible for FREE SHIPPING. Since Big Cartel currently does not have an option for free shipping at $X, shipping charges will be refunded to the buyer via PayPal prior to shipping the package(s).


Damaged/Lost Packages

Due to the nature of artworks and because I am a one-person artist business, please order at your own risk. If your local post office is prone to losing items, please contact me to arrange a different courier. I am not responsible for packages lost due to USPS or FedEX.

If for some reason your shipment is damaged sometime during shipping, I will handle your claim personally. Please take a picture BEFORE you open the parcel if you suspect that the parcel has been damaged in any way. Please e-mail the photos of the unopened, damaged package and the damaged item.
